Processing Time
All orders are hand-poured and packaged with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. During sales or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the U.S.
Note: We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Delays
Luxe Den Living is not responsible for shipping delays once your package leaves our hands. Weather conditions, postal service issues, and holidays may impact delivery time. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors first.
Incorrect Shipping Info
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot replace or refund orders that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
Returns & Refunds
We are a small business and pour every candle by hand with love and intention. At this time, we do not accept returns on candles or gift sets.
That said, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at luxedenliving@gmail.com. We'll do our absolute best to make it right.
